In all our holidays, tours and activties, you will find our luggage icon to measure the difficulty or the experienced needed to enjoy it completly. Here you can find some exmplanation of it.

Touring Catalonia
  • Bike:

Easy level. Average stages are mainly flat. Between 20 -50 km. 3- 5 hours. Usually suitable for children.

  • Hike / Walking/ Nordic Walking :

Easy level. Average stages are between 4 – 9 km. 3- 5 hours. Usually suitable for children.

  • Gastronomic / Wine:

Basic introduction to the local products, wine or food, just to start learn how should appreaciate the gastronomy.

  • Running: 

Introduction to runnning, not necessary previous experience. Combination of running and walking for and easy start. For people who wants to introduction to running during their holidays.

  • Yoga:

Yoga for Beginners, not necessary previous experiences. Soft yoga, just enthusiam for practice it. For people who wants to introdution to yoga during their holidays.

Touring Catalonia
  • Bike:

Medium level. Average stages are flat with hills. Between 40 – 70 km or more in roadbike . Minimum 4 hours. For amateur – and semi-trained people.

  • Hike / Walking/ Nordic Walking :

Medium level. Average stages are from 9 km or less with more gradient or dificulty. Minimum 4 hours.  For amateur and semi-trained people.

  • Gastronomic / Wine:

For gastronomic lovers, more than an introduction, for “connaisseders du vin” who wants to know mre about the local wine or food,

  • Running: 

For runners,  with previous experience. Combination of running  during the morning holidays. For people who wants to have a local guide during their holidays.

  • Yoga:

Yoga for yoguis who use to practice.  The pleasure to enjoy the yoga during few days on a reatreat combinated with another activity.

Difficult level. Average mainly hilly. Between 70-120 km. Min 5 hours.  Trained People. With roadbike scheduled groups ask for Support van.

  • Hike / Walking/ Nordic Walking :

Difficult level.. Between 15-20 km. Min 5 hours. Hilly

  • Gastronomic / Wine:

Mainly focus in the gastronomy.

  • Running: 

For runners who are trained or want to prepare for a hard summits. Focus on running

  • Yoga:

Yoga reatreat focus in one target.
